3. Refunds & Cancellations
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- Cancellations with refund of the amount paid can be made within 48 hours of the event, counting working days. In the event that the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, the amount paid will not be refunded. Working days are understood to be from Monday to Friday, Saturdays and Sundays not counting. It is possible to reschedule the event 48 hours prior to the event at no cost.
4. Security
Stripe uses industry-standard encryption and is certified to the highest security standards. We do not store or have access to your full payment card information.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree not to misuse the payment system, attempt fraudulent activity, or disrupt the normal operation of our website.
